New Self-Help Book Focuses on Overcoming Fear to Achieve Dreams

Rik Schnabel’s new book, “ROAR! Courage: From Fear to Fearless” (published by Balboa Press AU), teaches that dreams can be achieved when people discover the “courage formula” that turns fear into success.

Schnabel, the self-proclaimed “Brain Untrainer,” shares his 10 years of research to help readers overcome their fears. Readers can learn how fear makes them tired, stressed and unhealthy; how to change from being fearful to fearless; turn addictive traits into advantages; and achieve what they want to accomplish. The book also shares information about the seven types of courage, the courage paradox, why people need courage to be wealthy and how passion can dissolve fear.
