Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee Saturday introduced that her party brings a no-confidence motion from the UPA government during the cold month’s session of parliament. The Congress downplayed the move, saying the federal government has majority within the Lok Sabha.

Around the Communist Party Asia-Marxist (CPI-M) posting notices both in houses of parliament seeking discussions around the government’s decision to permit foreign direct purchase of multi-brand retail, Banerjee stated: “I tell my buddies within the CPI-M: You’re giving a window towards the government by requesting a discussions under rule 184 and 193. This can not serve any purpose.”
Banerjee stated Trinamool parliamentary party leader Sudip Bandopadhyay would slowly move the no-confidence motion around the opening day’s the session.
